Are you aware you can share documents with a group on Google? That’s right, Word documents and Excel Documents can be shared online thus avoiding redundant data entry and therefore possible errors. Plus the file lives in a central location so everyone knows where it is, and they can each login into the Google account and make there own updates/edits.
